CAPAW Return & Replacement Policy

At CAPAW, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring every customer receives a fully functional solar energy system.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased items.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your CAPAW system arrives damaged, defective, or experiences a functional issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may return the product to us for inspection. If the issue is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect or product malfunction, CAPAW will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A free repair, or
  • A replacement product of equal value

Return Conditions

To qualify for a repair or replacement:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition whenever possible
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customers must contact CAPAW before returning any product
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Shipping for Approved Returns

For approved defective-product claims, CAPAW will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Covered Issues

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage or improper storage
  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality
